Every booking is handled by a named coordinator who owns the shipment end to end.

General cargo
Non-restricted commercial cargo moved on scheduled airline services. Palletised, cartoned or loose — we book the space, build the unit and hand it into the airline.
Express & time-critical
For deadline-driven shipments we route through the fastest available service, with priority handling at origin and destination airports.
Documentation & customs
Air waybill issuance, commercial invoice checks, HS code advice and full import/export customs entry — all coordinated in-house.
Door-to-door delivery

Dangerous goods
We can arrange shipment of dangerous goods (DG) by air, ocean and road in compliance with IMDG Code, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and ADR requirements where applicable — subject to the specific class of goods and carrier acceptance.

Can you ship hazardous or dangerous goods by air?+
Yes. We can arrange the shipment of dangerous goods (DG) in compliance with all applicable international regulations and carrier requirements. Our DG services include classification and documentation support, packing and labelling in accordance with applicable regulations, ocean/air/road freight solutions subject to the specific class of dangerous goods and carrier acceptance, compliance with IMDG Code, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (for air freight) and ADR requirements where applicable, and coordination with approved carriers and customs authorities. We will require the Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS).
Is cargo insurance included?+
Standard liability applies by default. Full all-risks cargo insurance is available on request and quoted against the commercial value of the shipment.
Do you handle customs clearance at both ends?+
Yes — export clearance at origin and import clearance at destination, either in-house or through our trusted overseas partners.
