- Operational: shipment details required to deliver our services and meet customs obligations.

- To quote, book and deliver the shipping services you request (contract).
- To contact you about your enquiry or shipment (legitimate interest).
- To comply with customs, tax and aviation security obligations (legal duty).
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our forms (legitimate interest).
Sharing
We share personal data only with carriers, customs brokers, hauliers and infrastructure providers required to deliver your shipment, and with HMRC and other authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Lead form submissions are retained while your enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Shipping records are kept for at least 6 years to comply with customs and tax law.
